By using LearnAxis (operated by SkillForge Global Pvt. Ltd.), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, discontinue use.

2. Platform

LearnAxis is an e-learning marketplace aggregating courses from independent instructors. We provide the platform; instructors provide the content.

3. Course Access

• Individual course purchases grant lifetime access
• Pro subscription grants access only while subscription is active
• Course content may not be downloaded, redistributed, or resold
• Certificates are issued upon course completion (80%+ progress)

4. Payments

• All prices in INR, inclusive of GST
• Payment via UPI, cards, net banking, wallets
• Pro subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled

5. Instructor Content

Instructors are solely responsible for their course content. LearnAxis reviews content for quality but does not guarantee accuracy or outcomes.

6. Governing Law

Governed by laws of India. Courts in Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

• Refund not available after 30 days or 20%+ completion

2. LearnAxis Pro

• 7-day free trial — cancel anytime during trial at no charge
• Monthly: Refund within 48 hours of billing if unused that cycle
• Annual: Pro-rata refund within first 30 days

3. Certificates

Certificate fees (if any) are non-refundable once certificate is issued.
